Sally Chan

Sally maintains and develops the College Results Online Web tool for Ed Trust. She previously worked as a requirements analyst at the Benefit Bank, a software company in Philadelphia, where she developed tax and medical eligibility screening software for the underprivileged. She also implemented the company's help desk from scratch, managing a staff of six call-center employees through tax-season operations. Sally later worked as a statistical analyst fellow at Greenpeace in Washington, D.C., where she developed and managed databases. Sally has a bachelor’s in experimental psychology and East Asian studies from Bryn Mawr College and master’s in finance from Drexel University.
