College Bound: Spotting and Closing Gaps
Are your students prepared for the college classroom? What can research teach us about the best ways to get them ready? The National Center for Educational Achievement (NCEA) will share its answers. By studying more than 550 schools in 20 states, NCEA has developed a framework of 15 core practices found in high-performing school systems. Session participants will learn more about what college and career readiness means, how to measure it, and, most of all, how to build education systems that prepare all students for college and beyond.
