Driving School Change: One District’s Model
How do you maintain momentum as you revamp your public schools? Find out how the Mobile County Public School System uses a system of continuous improvement to help educate all its students. The Continuous School Improvement Cycle starts with creating school plans, and then uses data to inform planning, enhance instruction, and monitor student progress. The central office furnishes support to schools based upon information gathered during scheduled school visits, school data meetings, and quarterly school plan reviews.
