Analyzing the data enabled offi cials to understand when, why, and how students got off-track. This information allowed district staff to develop and expand effective strategies to prevent students from getting off track and help those who needed to get back on track—and abandon strategies that did not work. Find out what worked, what hasn’t, and how New York City plans to raise graduation rates further.
