• The district’s comprehensive plan to meet the needs of English learners.
• The key components of a successful five-year partnership between the University of California and Los Angeles School District.
• Data and research providing clear evidence of program impact.
• A professional development model that is both-district wide and teacher-specific and uses a wide range of technology to support ongoing learning.
