Strategic Enrollment Management for Equity
Postsecondary institutions must develop an intentional and informed approach to managing their enrollments. This session brings a comprehensive enrollment-management perspective to the goals of Access, Affordability, and Attainment—all defined within the context of each institution’s particular market position. This framework also examines and explores the core institutional competencies of strategy development, organizational practice, and information management—all of which are necessary to assess institutional performance and raise overall access and success.
